Khadija Cecile Niang

Khadija Cecile Niang is a Norwegian-born Senegalese artist, currently based in London. Her practice explores cultural hybridity, community and belonging. Informed by how storytelling is used as a tool to pass on stories intergenerationally in Senegal, she finds her artistic practice to be a vessel through which to unpack, document and share stories about her upbringing and cultural heritage.
